Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time audit purchases made through our checkout.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the order and choose the refund option, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
- Alternatively, email us at hello@rankpilot.ai with your order details and we will help you process the request with Paddle.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
